BM Trada Compliance Certification

We hold certification under the Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme. Survey reports detail non-compliance issues & scientifically tested repair techniques. We are audited throughout the year in order to sustain the highest standards for our clients. BM Trada certified label fitted to each maintained door set on completion. In Depth Surveys

We conduct detailed inspections of your fire doors to ensure they meet all statutory compliance requirements in order to perform effectively in the event of an emergency. We use the latest technology & software to capture, store & manage all of our customers fire door data & processes in one centralised location to create a Golden Thread of information for all relevant persons to access in real-time.

Maintenance Planning

Assisting clients with creating, prioritising & managing their Annual Fire Door Maintenance Strategy. We offer support with any remedial works or replacement door sets. Full documentation provided to client evidencing every part of the maintenance process. We can assist with your on-going, routine planned maintenance schedule.

What we do

We conduct an initial client consultation to ascertain your requirements Thereafter, we undertake fire door inspection surveys to assess: Door leaf Lipping Door & threshold gaps Door frame Intumescent seals & smoke seals Hinges Door closer device Hold open device Additional hardware Glazing Fire door signage We capture photo evidence of non-compliant issues. We adopt a RAG System to prioritise the status of each door set. If required, we produce an Executive Summary Report to help you prioritise remedial works. Training carpenters to complete repair works to BM Trada standards is carried out. On completion of remedials we re-inspect the repairs & confirm the door set meets compliance & certification.
